Terms and Conditions

For Development and Consulting services

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) shall apply and govern the Statement of Work(s), project, letter of intent or any other document (“SOW”) executed between TECHS Solution (“Consultant”) and Customer, for the purpose of providing professional services (“Services”) or deliverables (“Deliverable”) for development and consulting.

Payments

Secure Payment should be payed Online on the available Payment modules at the TECHS Solution Website. We do not accept Payment Processed though any other channel. Payment are made before the Submission of Final Project or inline of the terms agreed.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy requires customer to cancel agreement prior to the complete execution of the obligation from our side. We make full refund if request has been made before the stage date, before the delivery of final plan or before the transfer of technical support & material. Refund requests are also entertained if come with 7 days explanation period associated with reasons for cancelation since mare change of mind may not be entertained for cancelation. Full refund would be made if service, quality or product promise is compromised by any mean. Requests should be made directly to info@techssolutionca.com

Confidentiality

Confidential information shall mean any information disclosed by one party to the other party, in any form including without limitation documents, business plans, source code, software, technical/ financial/ marketing/ customer/ business information, specifications, analysis, designs, drawings, data, computer programs, any information relating to personnel or Affiliates of a party and include information disclosed by third parties at the direction of a Disclosing Party and marked as confidential.

Agreement

Customer and the TECHS Solution platform legally bind themselves by exchanging the Signed Agreement both the parties are bound to perform according to terms agreed upon in the agreement. Deviation from the term releases the other parties from its obligation.
